4404 Valley View Road Rezoning

City Homes and the City of Edina are requesting a rezoning from PCD-1, Planned Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development for the property at 4404 Valley View Road. This property was approved for a four-unit townhome/rowhome project in 2022. The purpose of the request is to rezone the property to specifically allow the intended long-term use of the site, for residential, and not allow commercial uses in the future.
