4404 Valley View Road Site Plan

This was approved at City Council on September 7, 2022.


City Homes is requesting a site plan review with variances to develop the vacant site at 4404 Valley View Road. This site was part of the Edina Flats project, and was to have a two-story, four (4) unit condominium built on it. The applicant is proposing to revise the original plans and develop the site with two (2) two-unit row houses. This request would require revised site plan and setback variances. Structure setback variances would be from 35 feet to 20 feet on Oaklawn, 25 to 10 feet on Valley View Road and from 25 to 7 and 5 feet from the side lot lines.
