Solhem Companies are requesting a Rezoning from MDD-6, Mixed Development District to PUD, Planned Unit Development at 4660 77th Street West. The purpose of the request is to tear down the existing office buildings and construct a 408 unit apartment. Flexibility would be requested through the PUD Ordinance to vary from parking, building height and floor area ratio (FAR) requirements. The PUD Zoning is also used to ensure affordable housing on the site.
