The subject property is located at the intersections of Townes Road and Bridge Lane and Townes Road and 48th Street W. The home on the subject property is a two story home with a two car attached garage that was built in 1939 and oriented towards Townes Road. The applicant is asking for a 5.02 foot variance to the first floor elevation requirement allowing for a new home to be built 6.02 feet higher than the first floor of the existing house on site. The proposed new home will be oriented towards Bridge Lane. The project complies with all other zoning ordinance requirements.
