An application was received on February 7, 2022 from Steven Makowski and Beth Johnson, requesting that the south half of the right-of-way alley easements be vacated.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF RIGHT OF WAY VACATION:

The south half of the alley, as dedicated in the recorded plat of BROOKSIDE HEIGHTS, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying northerly of Lot 6, Block 4, lying westerly of the west right of way of Bedford Avenue and easterly of the northerly extension of the west line of said lot 6.
