The request is for a 10-foot setback variance from the 20-foot setback requirement for a freestanding monument sign at 5050 France Avenue South. The building currently does not have a freestanding monument sign.

The applicant is proposing a 8 foot tall, 29.33 square foot freestanding monument sign setback approximately 10 feet from the traveled portion of the street (curb).
