Kimberly Aune, on behalf of the property owners, is requesting a variance from Section 36-1268 of the Edina Zoning Ordinance to allow a 39.9-foot setback from a waterbody where 50 feet is required at 5213 60th Street West. The variance is to allow the construction of living space above a portion of the existing lower level, which already encroaches the setback. The addition is proposed on the same footprint as the existing lower level.
