This Preliminary and Final Plat was approved at the City Council meeting on January 19, 2022.


A subdivision (Preliminary and Final Plat) of 5300 Kelsey Terrace to re-establish the original two lots within the Parkwood Knolls 26th Addition. The existing house would remain on Lot 1 and a new home would be built on Lot 2.
