Public Hearing 5900 Zenith Avenue South
These variances were approved 6-0 by the Planning Commission on August 24, 2022.
A .1- foot south setback variance, a .1- foot east yard setback variance and a 6.2-foot north setback variance to allow a new 2nd floor to be constructed on the existing 1 story home. The homeowners are proposing to remove the existing roof and build a second story addition above the existing first floor. The foundation and exterior first floor walls will remain as-is. The existing one car garage will be expanded to the west to accommodate two cars and a front porch will be added to the east side of the home.
