The property owners at 6520 Gleason Road, are requesting a 3.8-foot variance from Section 36-438 of the Edina Zoning Ordinance to allow a 21.2 foot setback from the rear lot line where the required rear yard setback is 25 feet. The variance is to allow the construction of a master bedroom addition to the back of the one story rambler.
