6612 Cornelia Drive, Patio Setback Variance from Lake Cornelia

In 2018 a variance was granted for 6612 Cornelia Drive for a teardown-rebuild in approximately the same location as the previous home was from Lake Cornelia, (approximately 53 ft from the Lake) for a variance request of 21.9 from the 75 ft setback required from Lake Cornelia. The same owners are proposing a patio with a request for a 45.8 ft setback variance from the 75 ft requirement to locate the patio 29.2 ft from the lake.
