7525 Braemar Blvd- South Metro Public Safety Training Facility, Conditional Use Permit with Height Variance

On July 18, 2024, City Council approved a conditional-use permit and variance for this proposal.

The South Metro Public Safety Training facility, located at 7525 Braemar Boulevard, is requesting a Conditional Use permit with a building height variance for a tactical center training facility. The plans include the proposed 5,536 square foot, 27-foot 9 inch, tactical center training building and additional parking. The variance request is for a 7-foot 9 inch variance from the 20-foot building height maximum for accessory structures.

The proposed building is located to the south of the existing fire training tower and main building.
