Jeff Lindgren, with Jalin Design, on behalf of the property owners, is requesting a 7-foot front yard setback variance from the 42.7-foot requirement to allow a rebuilt garage with living space above at the same existing nonconforming front yard setback of 35.7 feet. The new garage will be in the same location as the existing garage with second floor living space above. The variance is to allow the replacement of an existing structurally failing garage that is connected by way of a breezeway.

The current established setback, defined by the neighboring homes, is 42.7 feet. The existing

garage on the property is located at 35.7 feet, the request is to allow rebuilding the new garage with new proposed living space above, in alignment with this existing garage location.
