Gleason Terrace & St Albans Circle - Crews will continue removing concrete curb, excavating, and grading the road surface Saturday and early next week. Concrete curb, gutter, and driveway aprons are tentatively scheduled to be poured on Wednesday. June 5th. Please look for a notice for this work and parking restrictions on your front door.

Concrete Installation - Wherever concrete driveway aprons or surfaces are poured, please do not drive across it for five days. The concrete needs this time to gain sufficient strength. During the time you cannot access your driveway, the Police Department will allow you to park in the street overnight in front of your home. Once the concrete curb gains sufficient strength, a temporary gravel ramp will be built across the apron so you can access your driveway. Please read the contractor notices closely for appropriate parking locations to maintain minimum driving lanes for emergency vehicles.

Yard Parties - Please let us know now of any large events you have planned at your home. These events include, but might not be limited to, large yard parties for graduations or family gatherings.

    The Week of May 27th.

Gleason Terrace and St. Albans Circle - Crews are planning on reclaiming the road surface late in the week. The reclaiming process includes grinding the existing pavement along with some of the gravel underneath the road to produce a suitable recycled material to use as the new road base. This is continuous and slow-moving work that will block a lane of traffic and driveways at times. We request your patience as there may be a brief 10 - 15 minutes period where driveways may be inaccessible.

No work will occur on Memorial Day.
