Citywide Recycling Contract Process Update

At the March 5th meeting of the Edina City Council, staff was directed to conduct some community engagement actions to help determine resident sentiment regarding how often recycling is picked up. A phone survey and online engagement platform were used to gather information about preference for weekly or every other week recycling pickup. Both collection methods are now closed, and staff are currently reviewing the data and will be presenting a summary and staff recommendation to City Council at the May 7th City Council Meeting.
