Construction Progress 9.22.2026

Final asphalt surfacing and painting have been completed. Hilary Lane and Braemar Blvd are re-open for traffic. Access to golf dome parking lot is still restricted for construction only. Items left for implementation are a trash enclosure structure, fencing, EV charging stations, and finished grading and planting.

Thank you for your patience during construction. We are excited to open up the parking lot for the golf dome season. Pickleball practice facility will open in Spring of 2026 after golf dome is closed.
