Concept Plan Summary Report

We've considered your feedback and developed a refined concept design. You can download a copy of the Concept Plan Summary Report in the Documents section.

Staff will present the report to City Council at their September 21st meeting and recommend approval of the concept plan. If approved, the next step is to ask the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District to authorize staff to do a feasibility study which moves the project from the big picture/conceptual idea phase into the detailed engineering and landscape design phase.
