4406 Sunnyside Road-Changes to Street Facing Facade

4406 Sunnyside Road is located on the north side of Sunnyside Road, between Edina Boulevard and Wooddale Avenue. The existing home on the lot is a two story home built in 1926. The applicant is requesting a certificate of appropriateness for changes to the street facing facade that include replacing the arched window with a rectangular window, removing the overhang on the larger gable, reducing the roof overhangs, and removing roof returns on the existing dormers.
