4509 Wooddale Avenue-Changes to Street Facing Facade

The October 8, 2024, HPC meeting has been cancelled. This COA has been continued to the November 4 HPC Meeting at the applicant's request. 

4509 Wooddale Avenue is located on the east side of Wooddale Avenue south of Sunnyside Road and north of Bridge Street. The existing home on the lot is a two story home built in 1928. The applicant is requesting a certificate of appropriateness for a new covered front entry. The applicant previously received a COA for a new detached garage.
