4516 Wooddale Avenue-Changes to Street Facing Facade

4516 Wooddale Avenue is located on the west side of Wooddale Avenue, south of Sunnyside Road and north of Bridge Street. The existing home on the lot is a two story home built in 1931. The applicant is requesting a certificate of appropriateness for a new covered entry.   

A certificate of appropriateness was approved July 2024 for a covered entry. During the construction process it was discovered what was built on site was different than what was originally approved. The applicant is requesting the new design to be approved by the HPC.
