4518 Arden Avenue-Changes to Street Facing Facade

4518 Arden Avenue is located on the west side of Arden Avenue, north of Bridge Lane and south of Sunnyside Road. The existing two story American Colonial Revival home was built in 1925. The project includes changes to the existing enclosed porch that is street facing. The applicants are proposing to replace the exterior wall structure within the existing footprint, repairing and replacing the existing brick veneer and replacing the existing screen panels with storm/screen windows.

The project will be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission on Tuesday, April 14th.
