4521 Drexel Avenue-New Detached Garage

4521 Drexel Avenue is located on the east side of Drexel Avenue, north of Bridge Street and south of Sunnyside Road. The existing two story New England Colonial Revival home was built in 1924. The certificate of appropriateness request is for a newly constructed two car detached garage. 

This project will be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission at the June 9th meeting.
