4530 Arden Avenue-Changes to Street Facing Facade

The March 9th HPC meeting was cancelled due to a lack of quorum. This COA will be heard at a Special HPC meeting on Monday, March 30th at 7:00 pm. 

4530 Arden Avenue is located at the north west corner of the intersection of Arden Avenue and Bridge Street. The existing two story American Colonial Revival home was built in 1941. The project includes no changes to the east side (Arden Avenue) facade of the existing home. The changes on the south facade adjacent to Bridge Street include a new service door, window changes, a second floor addition over the existing footprint of the first floor, an dan addition over the current balcony and the remaining balcony to become covered. 

This project will be reviewed by the HPC at the Monday, March 9th HPC meeting.
