4907 Arden Avenue is located on the east side of Arden Avenue, north of 50th Street West, south of Country Club Road. The existing two story Mediterranean home was built in 1925. The certificate of appropriateness request is for a newly constructed detached garage with living space.

This certificate or appropriateness request will be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission at their meeting on April 14, 2026.
