Marta Karwowski5101 Danens DriveI Live in the neighborhood. I suggest this vote be postponed or voted against. I live in this neighbor and had NO notice this was happening. It is unfair and cruel to completely disregard the people who live here on a decision like this. This proposal affects so many of us and impacts our community in many ways. It is our right to have input and direction as to what happens in our own neighborhood. The way this has been handled by the city is terrible— the secrecy, lack of information and fast-track vote is very disingenuous and worrisome. I am completely against this proposal, especially since no one from my neighbor had any notice, or choice or control in the matter. Completely outrageous and unfair!

my name is jeff huggett, and i am on the edina housing foundation board. i have lived in edina for over 20 years. There are very few sites left in Edina, and especially for single family development. We are all aware of the many teardowns and new single family builds within our city in recent years. Most all of those homes sell for over $1M. It would be good for our community to have a mix of price points. I hope this will prove to be a good location for a more moderately priced home.
