Project Substantially Complete

The intersection project is substantially complete. Most construction operations have been completed. The project has a warranty period over the next two years. The contractor is required to maintain new landscaping and trees and near the end of the warranty period replace items that did not hold up or did not meet project requirements. A railing will be installed on top of the retaining wall near the new sidewalk. Railings have a long fabrication time. Those will be installed later this winter or spring.
