Hines, on behalf of 70th Street Properties LLC, is requesting a variance from Sec. 36-1316 of the Edina City Code to allow for a parking lot drive aisle located 0 feet from the north property line where a 20-foot setback is required at 3501 & 3503 Galleria. The purpose of the request is to add a drive aisle connecting two parking lots. The drive aisle would also allow for relocating of the loading dock to accommodate interior modifications to the tenant spaces within the building. The access door for the loading dock would be moved from the east side of the building to the north side.
