Project Details

Donnay Homes is requesting a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to re-guide the site from low density attached residential to medium density residential, a Rezoning from R-1, Single-Dwelling Unit District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District, and Preliminary Development Plan at 5132 and 5148 Hankerson Avenue. The purpose of the request is to tear down the existing 4-plex and single-family home and build two 4-unit townhomes (8 units total).
