Do they want to make any dimensional changes: Height, length, width? Why did I only get the letter about changes yesterday (5/16), two days before comment period closed? How do I get to see more specifics before the Planning Commission meeting on 5/24 because what is published gives you no clue exactly what ICC wants to do? on Facebook Share Exactly what are they wanting to change to make less noise, less light shining out, and more energy efficient? Thank you for your question. Public hearing notices were sent out in the mail on 5/12. The better together page for the project will remain open for comments until June 5th at noon.

The applicant’s request is to amend the approved elevations of the covered tennis structure. The footprint, location, height, size of the building is not changing. The changes are to the building materials and design of the building. Pages 3-7 of the applicant submittal compare the approved elevations vs. what is proposed. The proposed changes are to address concerns with light, sound and to improve sustainability. Please reach out to me if you have any additional questions.
