Construction Update - 10/27/2023

Phase 1: Grimes Ave and Inglewood Ave

• Irrigation system repairs at corner lots resumed. Please contact Nina if you have issues with your system.

Phase 2: Monterey Ave and Lynn Ave

• Topsoil installation began and will continue the week of 10/30, along with dormant seeding. The dormant seed will be evaluated in the spring for effectiveness.
• Irrigation system repairs began and will continue through the week of 10/30. Please reach out to Nina if your system has not been repaired.
• If you had landscaping plantings, rock etc. impacted by construction, we need your help providing an itemized list of replacement landscaping items so the contractor can place the order with their supplier. Please reach out to Nina with details if you haven’t done so already.

Phase 3: Kipling Ave and W 40^th St

• The concrete sidewalk is complete.
• The base layer of asphalt is complete.
• Asphalt driveway restoration is complete.
  • Full asphalt driveways being done by private contract are scheduled to be completed the week of 10/30.
