Turf Establishment Update

The City is aware that the turf isn’t fully established and there are weeds. The City has not accepted the turf establishment as final. The City continues to work with the contractor to ensure they establish satisfactory turf free of significant weeds. Additional turf establishment is scheduled to occur later in September.
