Turf Restoration Update – 6/25/24

Turf Restoration work is scheduled to begin as soon as 6/26, weather permitting, including:

  • If necessary, topsoil will be added to fill in low spots.
  • Seeding and hydromulch
  • Watering
  • Tips for growing green grass can be found here.

The City will continue working with the contractor this summer to ensure the City’s specifications are met, including proper turf growth without significant weeds.

As necessary following turf restoration, herbicide may be applied to resolve weed issues in the City right of way in front of your home.
