Project Wide

  • Retaining wall installations at select locations resumed, and will be completed the week of 10/23.
  • Replacement of landscaping items impacted by construction are ongoing.
  • Irrigation repairs are nearly complete. Please contact Nina if there are remaining issues with your system if you have not already done so.
  • The project is nearing completion. Please contact Nina if there are any outstanding work items that need to be addressed at your property.


Morningside Road, Grimes Avenue between Morningside Rd and W. 44th St, W 42nd St

  • The final layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for early November.
