Construction Update 11/18/2022

Phase 3 – W 42nd Street

  • Crews have begun installing temporary asphalt driveway connections along W 42nd Street. These installations will continue through 11/22.
  • The temporary asphalt street will be paved on 11/22. Check your front door on 11/21 for a notification on this work.

Phase 3 – Grimes Ave between W 42nd St & Morningside Rd AND Phase 4 – Crocker Avenue

  • The final asphalt layer is scheduled to be placed on 11/22. Check your front door on 11/21 for a notification of this work.


Thanksgiving – 11/24 & 11/25

  • There will be no work on Thanksgiving or Friday 11/25. Crews will be back on site the week of 11/28 to continue with site cleanup and removal of equipment. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
