Construction Update - 11/3/2023

Morningside Road, Grimes Avenue between Morningside Rd and W. 44^th St, W 42^nd St

• The final layer of asphalt at the intersections will occur on 11/3.
• The final layer of asphalt is scheduled to be completed mid-week the week of 11/6.
  • Check your front door for parking and driveway access.
  • The asphalt can be driven on following final compaction rolling.

Project Wide

• Replacement of landscaping items impacted by construction is complete except for a few properties.
  • Due to the colder temperatures approaching and availability of plantings, the City will need to revisit what is still needed in the spring. Please contact Nina if there are remaining items at your property if you have not already done so.
• The project is nearing completion. Please contact Nina if there are any outstanding work items that need to be addressed at your property.
