Retaining wall installations continue.
Sanitary sewer main cleaning and televising in preparation for lining will begin the week of 7/24. The sewer main will be lined in the weeks following.
Replacement of landscaping items impacted by construction is scheduled to begin the week of 7/24.
Please contact Nina if your irrigation system has not been restored.
Boulevard clean-up will continue into the week of 7/24.
To avoid the hot summer temperatures, seeding will begin in August. Likewise, new topsoil will be placed in August prior to seeding to minimize weed growth.
The City is aware that the boulevards have weeds. The contractor is responsible for resolving the weed issue and for the subsequent re-seeding. Property owners are not responsible to remove the weeds at this point, but we encourage residents to mow the weeds down.
