Construction Update - 9/22/2023

Morningside Road, Grimes Avenue between Morningside Rd and W. 44^th St, W 42^nd St

• Topsoil installation is complete.
• Seeding and hydro mulching is complete.
• The final layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for the end of October.

Project Wide

• Retaining wall installations at select locations will continue the week of 9/25.
• Replacement of landscaping items impacted by construction are scheduled to continue the week of 9/25.
• Irrigation repairs are nearly complete. Please contact Nina if there are remaining issues with your system if you have not already done so.
• New topsoil, seed, and hydro mulch was installed at various locations, and will continue the week of 9/25.
• The project is nearing completion. Please contact Nina if there are any outstanding work items that need to be addressed at your property.
