Construction Update - 9/29/2023

Morningside Road, Grimes Avenue between Morningside Rd and W. 44th St, W 42nd St

  • Topsoil, seeding and hydro mulching is complete. Touch ups due to rain / erosion are scheduled for the week of 10/2.
  • The final layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for the end of October.


Project Wide

  • Retaining wall installations at select locations will continue the week of 10/2.
  • Replacement of landscaping items impacted by construction are scheduled to continue the week of 10/2.
  • Signs will be installed starting the week 10/2.
  • Irrigation repairs are nearly complete. Please contact Nina if there are remaining issues with your system if you have not already done so.
  • The project is nearing completion. Please contact Nina if there are any outstanding work items that need to be addressed at your property.
