Spring Work Resumes

The Contractor resumed work in May and is scheduled to conclude by the end of June.

• Turf Restoration work is scheduled to begin soon.

Turf restoration was scheduled to begin the week of 5/20, but the location where the contractor purchases topsoil is exposed to weather and is wet from rain. Topsoil needs to be loose and friable during placement. Otherwise, it clumps together and increases the risk of over compaction, minimizing the seed’s ability to properly germinate.
