Construction Update - 3/30/26

Construction is scheduled to resume during the week of 3/30 and be substantially complete by mid-July. Chris Moore is the project manager for the remainder of the project. Please contact him at 952-826-0444 or CMoore@EdinaMN.gov with questions or concerns. You may also visit with him onsite.

Phase 4

  • PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications of temporary driveway access.
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
  • Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
  • Setup of temporary watermain will begin in preparation for watermain improvements the week of 3/30.

Phases 1, 2, 3

  • Retaining wall installation is scheduled to be completed by mid July.
  • The landscape contractor will finish replacing landscaping and trees by mid July.
