Construction Update – 4/17/2026

Project Area

• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 4:

• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
• The roads are scheduled to be reclaimed on 4/20. Reclaiming is the process of grinding the existing asphalt into a gravel base.
• Removals including curb and gutter, driveways, and landscaping are expected to begin the week of 4/20.
• Temporary watermain setup will continue into the week of 4/20.
  • The watermain subcontractor, Kusske Construction, will be reaching out to residents to set up temporary water service to homes.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phases 1, 2, 3

• Retaining wall installation is ongoing and is scheduled to be completed by mid July.
• Replacement of landscaping and trees is ongoing and is scheduled to be completed by mid July.
