Construction Update - 5/1/2026

Project Area

• Maloney Ave will be CLOSED to through traffic between Washington Ave and Tyler Ave. This closure is expected to last until mid-June. Please see the attached detour map.
• See the construction phasing map.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 4:

• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
• Watermain installation is scheduled to be complete the week of 5/4.
• Water service replacement is expected to begin on Harrison Ave the week of 5/4.
• Storm sewer installation is scheduled to begin the week of 5/4.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phases 1, 2, 3

• Sod watering has resumed. Residents will receive a letter in the mail when the sod watering period has concluded and replacement sod has been installed.
• Replacement of landscaping, retaining walls, and trees is complete. If you have any outstanding issues, please reach out to project manager Chris Moore.
