Construction Update - 5/22/2026

Project Area

• No work will occur on Memorial Day, Monday, 5/25.
• Maloney Ave will be CLOSED to through traffic between Washington Ave and Tyler Ave. This closure is expected to last until mid-June. Please see the attached detour map.

• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 4:

• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
• Roadway excavation and soil corrections will continue through the week of 5/26.
• Concrete curb and driveway apron installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/2.
• Sump drain installation is complete.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phases 1, 2, 3

• Please check your front door daily the week of 5/26 for notifications of driveway access loss due to concrete warranty work.
• Sod watering continues. Residents will receive a letter in the mail when the sod watering period has concluded.
