Construction Update - 6/12/2026

Project Area

• Maloney Ave will be CLOSED to through traffic between Washington Ave and Tyler Ave. This closure is expected to last until late June. Please see the attached detour map.
• See the construction phasing map.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 4:

• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
• Roadway grading in preparation for the first layer of paving will occur during the week of 6/15.
• Paving of the first layer of asphalt on the streets is scheduled to occur late during the week of 6/15.
• Asphalt driveway paving is scheduled to occur soon after the first layer of asphalt street paving occurs, likely during the week of 6/15.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access loss.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phases 1, 2, 3

• Sod watering continues. Residents will receive a letter in the mail when the sod watering period has concluded.
