Construction Update - 7/18/2025

Project Area

All Phases

• PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phase 1

• The first layer of asphalt paving is complete.
• Asphalt driveways are scheduled for paving the week of 7/21.
• Excavation in preparation for topsoil installation will begin the week of 7/21.

Alleys west of Madison Avenue

• Alley paving will occur at a future date when the Phase 2 roadways are paved.

Phase 2

• Watermain replacement is complete on Monroe and Madison Aves.
• Water service installation will continue the week of 7/21.

Phase 3

• Removals of the existing curb and driveway ends on Adams Ave, Jefferson Ave and Washington Ave will continue into the week of 7/21.
