Construction Update - 7/2/2026

Project Area

• No work will occur on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day holiday.
• Maloney Ave will be CLOSED to through traffic between Washington Ave and Tyler Ave. This closure is expected to last until early July. Please see the attached detour map.

• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 4:

• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
• Sod installation, irrigation repairs and replacement of impacted landscaping will continue into the week of 7/6.
• Paving the final layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for the week of 7/6.
• Sign installation is scheduled to occur the week of 7/6.
• Check your front door daily for notifications.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phases 1, 2, 3

• Any outstanding sod issues are scheduled to occur the week of 7/6.
• Sod watering continues. Residents will receive a letter in the mail when the sod watering period has concluded.
