Construction Update – 7/25/2025

Project Area

All Phases

• PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.

Phase 1

• Asphalt driveways are complete.
• Excavation in preparation for topsoil installation will begin the week of 7/28.
• Installation of the concrete path along Belmore Lane is scheduled for the week of 7/28.

Alleys west of Madison Avenue

• A short portion of the alley will receive concrete curb and valley gutter for drainage purposes. Concrete installation is scheduled for Monday, 7/28.
• Alley paving will occur at a future date when the Phase 2 roadways are paved.

Phase 2

• Water service installation on Monroe Ave is scheduled to continue the week of 7/28.
• Water service installation on Madison Ave is complete.

Phase 3

• Removals of the existing curb and driveway ends on Adams Ave, Jefferson Ave and Washington Ave will continue into the week of 7/28.
• Temporary water lines are scheduled to be setup the week of 7/28.
