Construction Update – 8/29/2025

All Phases

  • PLEASE consistently check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications of temporary driveway access or water loss.
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
  • Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.


Phase 1

  • Landscaping replacement will continue the week of 9/2.
  • Sod installation is complete.
    1. See written and video sod care tips here and here.
    2. To prevent sod damage, please avoid walking on or mowing it initially.
    3. The contractor will be watering for the next 60 days.
    4. If there is little rainfall and hot temperatures, supplemental daily watering from property owners is appreciated.


Alleys west of Madison Avenue

  • Alley paving will occur at a future date when the Phase 2 roadways are paved.


Phase 2

  • Concrete curb and gutter installation are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, 9/2 (Weather dependent).

Phase 3

  • Curb and driveway apron removals are complete.
  • Installation of new water services on Washington Ave is complete.
  • Watermain installation on Jefferson Ave is complete.
  • Water service installation on Jefferson Ave is scheduled for the week of 9/2.
  • Watermain lining on Maloney Ave is scheduled to begin the week of 9/8.

Phase 5

  • Temporary water is being setup on Tyler Ct in preparation for watermain lining that is scheduled to begin the week of 9/8.
