Substantial Completion
The Presidents A & B Street Reconstruction project is substantially complete. The contractor will address the following remaining items in the summer of 2026 as part of final completion.
- Roadway striping on Washington Avenue.
- Watering of sod will continue for temporarily. Following acceptance of the sod in fall 2026, property owners will be responsible for the new sod.
- Sanitary sewer lining on Tyler Ave and Tyler Ct.
- Remaining landscaping replacement as needed.
- Warranty repairs (2026/2027)
