Construction Update - 5/8/2026

Project Area

• See the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1:

• Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction.
• Weston Circle water service replacements are scheduled to begin the week of 5/11.
• Lee Valley Circle hydrant and watermain gate valve replacements are scheduled for the week of 5/11.
• Lanham Lane water service replacements are scheduled to begin later during the week of 5/11.
• Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Water service replacement on Lee Valley Circle and Village Drive is complete.

CenterPoint Energy:

• CenterPoint Energy continues replacing old gas pipes in a portion of the project area this spring and is expected to conclude by mid-June.
• CenterPoint Energy will also be replacing gas meters inside of property owners homes, relocating them outside.
• CenterPoint Energy's work is not part of the City's Neighborhood Roadway Reconstruction contract. All questions and concerns related to their work should be directed to CenterPoint Energy. They can be reached at
